Paid R37,036.98 For NRCS LOA But Agent Submitted Wrong Models

Your review: We used Rapid Mavericks Solutions Pty Ltd for NRCS LOA certification. Previous applications in 2024 and 2025 included all CB report models.

However, for 6 new applications, the agent submitted only single model numbers without asking us. We paid R37,036.98 for these certificates.

The agent now refuses responsibility and claims it is our fault, and requires us to pay again to include CB models. They also refused to continue assisting us.

This is inconsistent service and lack of professional guidance. We re**** on previous submissions handled by the same agent.
