Rapid review

I don't ever remember signing up for rapid finance now there sending me messages. Saying I have to pay I checked with my bank and nothing has been deposited has any one else had problems with this company I need help? It's also in a language I can't understand what it is ? I think it might be Spanish I'm English so this doesn't make sense 🤔 you can't get hold of customer service and the don't respond to emails
