There threatening ways has left me no choice but to resort to complaining. Even after stating I shall repqy the loan and understand there shall be a penalty they have used my data of my device and have threatened me. Plus it's not even 24hrs and I agreed as per there website to pay the penalty fee of R13.20 for a late payment however they said it is not how they operate so there information on there website Is misleading. The unprofessional and ********* Manor in which they do business is part of what is stipulated and goes against the lending act as per there website. I am livered by there business ethics.
