Embarrassed and Harassed by Rapid Finance

I app**** for a loan with Rapid finance and due to me missing a payment due date, they have harassed me, created a WhatsApp community group with all of the contacts on my phone using my face and ID as the display picture. I AM FURIOUS AND EMBARRASSED!! How the **** are they even allowed to send my face and ID around and make it public!!? They are harassing and embarrassing me PUBLICLY!! If I owe them a R260 it will be paid month end on payday! This is ****ing disgusting and unacceptable and something needs to be done about this!!
