ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN

I dont understand one thing here why is there so many bad reviews and they all the same problem including myself WHY IS THERE NOTHING DONE AND LEGAL ACTION WHAT MUST WE DO ABOUT THIS iv been shown no respect and continue to receive messages that are rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! How can you give a loan to someone under depth review was that the catch to deal with unpleasant rude behaviour with no means to being understanding a day before the payment is due? Can someone please tell me how we take these c#*nts down?
