Angry and unhappy customer

I orderd something for someone on the 17th of September till today I have not received my order. There is no communication from their side. All their numbers do not work. Their email also doesn't work. I passed by their supposed office in Pretoria based on the address in their website but the security told me they let that office 3 years ago. However, they have not updated it in their website. Could it be that this company is one of those internet ****mers?
