Bad Attitude on the phone

On the 22/04/2015 I received a call from this company advising me that they have a parcel that they want to deliver for me. On the 23/04/2015 I called them to find out when will they make the delivery and the phone rang, when they picked up the phone there was complete silence until I said hello, I then asked why she didn't say anything on the phone she said she didn't hear it ringing to my suprise she answered. I then asked her to trace my parcel giving her my ID number, after giving the ID number she hang up, I called again and came through the same lady Noluthando she again said nothing I had to say hello before she could talk,I asked her why she hanged up the phone, she said she was finding out about my parcel,I then asked her after getting the information how are you going to inform me,she said she was going to call me on the number that i called from,mind you the number that i called from is only outbound it doesnt take incoming calls,to make things worse she just said eish and hanged up,I called again about 20 times and there was no answer.She deserves to stay at home and be unemployed as she doesnt know what customer service is.
