Waiting for Trust Registration for 10 months!!

Our dealings with Rapid Registrations have been nothing but mixture of frustrations, empty promises and horrible client service!!!<br> Please see below the timeline of our dealings with them:<br> o 10 October 2014 - Client received documents to be completed for registration of trust from Tebogo Rabalago, on receipt of proof of payment of full amount. <br> o 22 October 2014 - Client sends electronic copies of completed documents to Tebogo. Hard copies of the documents were delivered the same week. <br> o 27 January 2015 - Received Letter of Authority from Tebogo, BUT the name of one of trustees was spelled incorrectly. Informed Tebogo the same day of mistake and request correction<br> o 5 February 2015 - Received feedback from Tebogo that he has requested from the Masters Office that the mistake be corrected. <br> o 13 February 2015 - Client requested feedback from Tebogo, but receives none. <br> o 4 May 2015 - Client requested feedback from Tebogo, but only receives feedback from him on 6 May 2015, when her business partner also requested feedback. <br> o 6 May 2015 - Tebogo informs client that he will provide feedback same day.<br> o 4 August 2015 - Received no communication from Tebogo thus far.
