Unrealiable turn over time

Late May 2015 I have filled up forms, scanned them and sent through to the business. I end up signing power of Attorney letter and everything was going smooth and yes Rapid was keeping me in the loop. Lat communication was the name reservation. problems started when I enquire about the process of my company of which I spoke to Tshidi she has advised that I will have to wait for 21 working day mid June I phoned and I was helped by the branch manager (ex-branch manager before Karabo) he promised me that the company will be registered by the 29th June. 3rd July I phoned in again and still the company was not yet registered I was helped my Thato and further more she has promised that the company will be registered after a week because is still queuing in the CIPC. further more I have spoken to the new branch manager explaining what happened and he promised to have a look and call me back of which he never did that.<br> today is even the 15th and yet my company is not yet registered.<br> <br> Rapid Business reg doesn't live by their own motor and they are laying to their customers. everyone that works there is like they don't know why they are there. other Branches is just a mess.
