Registration of Company

I have app**** for Rapid Business Registration to register a new company for my business. The application was submitted and paid for end of April. They advertised that they register a company for you within 10-21days. To date I have not received any feedback from them nor have my business been registered. I am not getting any response whatsoever from these people. After paying them for their services. They always say that they will phone you back but they never phone you back. You always have to phone them and still don't get an answer from them.
