promise not kept,,no feedback

I was registering a company and requested assistance from the company mentioned above,I did the payment and submitted everything and I received an email that a consultant will contact me within 24 hours and it has been 6 days and still nothing and they are phones are forever left unattended,I am not impressed at all.
