Poor Service If not NON EXISTING SERVICE

I tried to communicate with them for the past 5 months (by the way it only takes up to 21 days to get the company registered, but all I get is being sent from pillar to post. I demanded to speak to the owner of the company and request was denied. At this point they blocked my communication to the receptionist who keeps on taking messages to the supposed \manager"who never return my calls.
