poor service

I tried to register a PTY via Rapid Business Registrations, there's was absolutely nothing rapid about their levels of customer service. On their website, they claim that they can register companies within 21 working days. They have taken more than two months and my company is still not registered, this is the second time this has happened, I thought I'd give them another chance, but they have failed to deliver once again, I guess this should be expected. I used to even recommend them to other, this will not be happening again. Thato has time and time again ignored my emails and they seem to come with the same excuse over and over again. It's quite sad when you give business to the small guy and they handle things like this.
