Non delivery of service

I requested a business to be registered about 6 months ago. After months of running around I get a business registered without a name. They indicated they will get the name sorted within a month. Another two months go by without any feedback or response. I subsequently engaged another provider who had my business registered within a week . <br> Bottom line this company is a hoax and a con. Stay far away from it. The directors are never available or contactable. They use in my opinion call centre agents to run a **** . .
