Documents not sent

<p>i have been requesting for my business documents since last week friday, i am getting told they will be sent the next day till today. emails are not being answered and i am not happy with their service. i have been using rapid for 3 years and they are only starting to dissapoint me now. my id is ********** 754085. please could i get these documents; COR, company certificates and gtax numbers.</p>
