Business registration application status

i have filed an urgent application for business registration on june 26 which i was told it would take 5 business day so i can get a business account,i was required to submit all the required documents and make a payment of R495.00 Which i did at the johannesburg central branch and i received a reference number and an e-mail acknowledging that. 5 days later my application was still not procesed when i enquired then it was processed as a normal registration which i specifically stated that the account needs to be opened before 10th july hence i asked for urgent registration, since then ive trasferred to rosebank branch to someone by the name of Matshidiso who will help hurry up the process, everytime i call her i either dont get through to her and when i do she just keeps postponning the problem, today is 15 july i still dont hve any registration papers and as such i still do not have the business account which i urgently needed to be having by 10 july
