Bad service

Rapid Business Registrations registered a Private company for me on the 9/18/2013. <br> I had paid more for some work that was later not required and so have a credit with them<br> . <br> I asked them to supply me with the company registration forms, <br> as the links that they sent me for these forms no longer work.<br> <br> They advised me that:<br> Kindly note that we do not keep documents for longer than 6 months. Also, due to regular system updates the link is no longer accessible.<br> We can assist with the retrieval of the company certificate for R250<br> <br> I do have a credit with them and want them to retrieve the company certificate and have informed them of this by e mail on 2 April 2015.<br> <br> I have spoken to them by telephone and was advised that they do process all of their e mails, and that they would get back to me.<br> <br> I have also sent them another e mail as a reminder.<br> <br> To date nobody from the company has bothered to get back to me to sort out this matter<br> :<br>
