BAD BAD feedback Lies Lies Lies

on the 23 of June i sent my PAYE registration docs to them via registered mail. it arrived at the postal address 2 days later.3 weeks later i phoned them to find out where they were with the registration. they said they would phone me back to update me - no one phoned back.I phoned the next day and the said the responsible person is not available right now and as soon as they become available they would call me back - no one phoned back. i phoned the next day and they said someone will phone me with a status update but then i insisted that I speak to Thato whom i spoke to the day before she then said they have not yet collected the mail (1monthlater). she said they would get the collect my papers and phone me back. i received a call from Thato and she confirmed that they will submit and i will receive a mail once my registration is complete. on the 31/07 i received mails from them saying my comp reg is complete, when i phoned them that Monday i went through the same issues again. from the 31-11 me and my wife must have phoned them 5 times and the last one was friday where they told my wife another lie that they will phone back at 5pm when they closed at 3pm. <br> Yonela, Tsidi, Kharabo
