App**** and Paid to register a business

In September 2014 I app**** and paid to register a business, I was assigned PTYREG10028 as my reference number, till to day I have not received the service I paid for, the last time I tried to contact them I was asked to pay additional funds to ensure that the problem is resolved, but I still don't have my business registered, I was told that the lady who processed my registration was the one at fault and that they would need to contact her to recover the funds I paid??? like seriously ?? I've been sending emails and calling I'm always promised to have my issue resolved but I think this business does not take me serious, I've send and forwarded proof of payments and still nothing has changed, I've ran out of options
