Company with great attitude and service

I recently made an enquiry with Rapid Dawn to install outdoor blinds in my lapa. I very promptly got a call from Craig and we made an appointment to meet so he could do a quote. I received my quote the next morning as promised by Craig. A few days later I accepted the quote and paid the required deposit. Shortly thereafter Tony called me and confirmed an installation date. The guys were there as promised and did the installation of the blinds. After I had a chance to inspect the blinds there were a few small items I was unhappy with, namely some stitching that was slightly loose and a small tear in the canvas that did not look very nice. I raised the issue with Craig and he immediately made arrangements for repairs to be made. The blinds were taken down and a few days later re installed. I also asked if it was possible for the blinds to be lengthened and this was also done for me. The way my concerns were dealt with was extremely professional and is the perfect example of how to treat customers and keep them happy. Thanks a mill, I am extremely happy with my blinds!!!
