Bad service
Good day,
Ive recently purchased 7 Shimano curado reels from rapala vmc, i was having trouble with one of them from day one, ive returned it to them for repair, ive received it back not in the same condition, as it was scratched up, but the original problem persisted, ive sent it back a 2nd time, and insisted that my reel be replaced after numerous attempts to inform them of the problem, and there was no joy from both parties, i was nonchalantly informed my reel wil not ne replaced and it is not up for repair anytime soon either, after i insisted on the reel being replaced as ive sent evidence through to Daryll Quinton, the Rapala Vmc salesrep, and believe there is enough merit for it being replaced, my call and inquiries are just being ignored,
