Fail to pay back Deposit

I hired a car with the company for a weekend I payed the deposit and the required fee in Feb 2022, they told me I will get my deposit back after 21 days just to make sure I don't have tickets since I traveled out the province, all was good but they fail to pay me my deposit till to date, I keep calling they ignorey calls.
