Unpleasant customer service

I was at Jabulani Mall and I was being helped by two ladies on till point, I wanted to buy a Bell they didn’t want me to buy it. They told me they can’t sell it to me bcz their system is down

The Bell was amounting to R19.00 so they refused to sell it to me

Both of the even didn’t wanna sell it to me their names are as follows(Mpho and Nqobile)
