Worse experience

I am a client of Randwise. I have been paying my account and today, 13.10.2020 the Sheriff of the Court came to collect the car. I am so terribly unhappy as no consultant has even take the opportunity to contact me. I have to make contact with them all the time. Now I have to deal with the fact that the car is been taken away. this is very frustrating and if I could I wouldn't have joined the company to assist me with all my debt
