They just take money from us.

I've been under debt review since 2010. I had allot of complaints before but this is the worse. In October 2014 I decided to settle the last creditor I owe which I did. after that I was told I owe more then R5000 on Electric Express which I paid up almost two years ago. I informed the DC (Randwise) a few years ago they paying money to Best electric account which I don't have. In October 2014 Best Electric refunded the money and Randwise paid it over to Electric Express. Since that time I queried the outstanding balance with Randwise, making phone calls and sending emails. I've dealt with soooo many people in that office and all I get is promises. They say they will phone me or email me, but don't. Its almost 8 months and its still not sorted out. I even told them how desparate I am because I need my clearance certificate in order to buy a house. They just don't care. Customer service is not even on their list.As long as they get their money. My experience with Randwise DMG is disgusting.
