Please help!!!

I have been under this company for some time not sure how many years they have been deducting money from my bank account to pay off creditors.

I have been trying to contact them numerous times and have sent emails wanting to know how many more years left for them to deduct on my account but no response from them at all, they not helpful.

I have been receiving statements and phone calls from African Bank and there's too much money in arrears which I don't understand what/why Randwise is deducted money but not paying the creditors.

I really demand answers on this.
