REFUND
I have cancelled debt review with this company and they promised that no more deductions will be made on my account but that was never through, on the 15th December 2020 they debited R1500.00 on my account and when i spoke to them they told no deductions were made and i had to prove it to them that there were deductions. then after i have sent them everything they wanted, they told me i will get a refund within the next 3 days. to date i still didn't get my money back and i want my refund as in today because since beginning December i have been struggling to get my money and they don't even respond to emails. when you call them they tell you stories.
I'm so disgusted by this.

12 Jan 2021, 12:56Good afternoon, can you please contact our offices - NOTE we do not deduct funds from any clients bank account however we can assist you in obtaining a refund from the third part that did deduct from your account. Please NOTE - we do not deduct funds from clients accounts.

then if you don't do deduction, who does because the reference on statement is Randwise nothing else?
Can I please get my refund that's the only thing i want at this point. I cannot be going back and forth with you guys about this.
I even completed the refund form and submitted statements as proof to you guys and was promised to get my refund with 3 days but still nothing.

12 Jan 2021, 13:14The funds are deducted by a PDA appointed by the National Credit Regulator - the mention of Randwise is for allocation of funds purposes. we cannot track you on any data base with your hellopeter name. You are welcome to send an email to *** with your details and we can help you.
