Really P...d off

I had a 5 year term and a debit order of R4250p/m. It's been over 6 years, they sent me my Nov 2021 statement showing a deduction of R1252.70 and an admin fee of R511.50, then I'm done with them. But they still deducting R4250 in november, december and january. And now African Bank wants to know where there money is, but it was covered under Randwise, shows on statements.
