Randwise worse service ever

This company refuses to assist a person when asking for help firstly years ago I did not want debt review they just decided to put me under it I was told they are consolidating my accounts and did not know my name would be flagged right water under the bridge now years later I need my name cleared and they refuse to assist at all. I wish I could upload my screenshots of the chats I got from who ever was assisting me they do not even intro themselves.
