Randwise - Johan Bonthuys must fall

Stay away from this company, Johan Bonthuys is a ***** and has no people skills no compassion, you will regret ever using this company as you will end up having more debt, they don't follow up poor communication and when you cancel they reject your claim to get refunds on money paid to them they will not distribute your money to your credit providers and as result you will handed over by your credit providers, i will urge you all not to go this route rather go to the credit provider and see if you cannot mediate with them to find a good way how contributions monthly will be paid monthly, to date i paid R15000 to them where he claims it is for his fees, and accordance with the NCR.

He claims in his email that i still had to pay another 2 months before the money will be distributed to the creditors which means i will pay R25000 before any money gets paid to the credit providers, this is a **** many people complaint about this company and Johan Bonthuys - when i contacted another DC they immediately stated that he is a ***** called him by name before me even mentioning his name.

this is a clear indication of what they do **** thousands of people, making quick bucks and when you cancel and ask for refunds he refuses to pay back you money his arrogance is what really ****es me off, he is so entitled and think he can get away with everything as he has lawyers backing him up, he even stated i am more than welcome to go to the ombudsman, which i did and i send them the required documents, i really hope this matter gets resolved and that i get my money back or the system has failed people in my situation.

I really hope this review reaches all individuals in my situation do not go to this company especially when you have people like Johan Bonthuys working for them, He is one ARROGANT F@CK
