Poor service

I have been paying my debt review for the past few months, to date no money was paid to my creditors.

The agent that assisted me has been avoiding my text and has not responded to any of my concerns. Lack of communication and has not resolved this matter.

So much for my steps in getting myself financially cleared and to get my name and my credit sorted.

This is a disgrace and very disappointing to say the least. What have they done to the funds that has been paid to them. Clearly they have not honored their responsibilities to pay my creditors.
