Poor customer service

<p>Ive been under debt review with the company and i had finished my payments since last year november..i was supposed to get a refund from one of the creditors hence that they failed to make the payment.on the 20th of december 2017 my money was deducted by randwise again i went there for a refund on the 3rd of january 2017 since then ive been waiting for my refund and everytime i make contact the people or either rude or giving me stories ..last week i sent an email to aneri bonthuys and she had said my money is on process and that they werent aware that the creditors has paid back the money to PDA,but 2 weeks back i was told the money isnt available.until today theres no feedback about the refund i would gladly like some assistance in issues like this</p>
