Listed Under Debt Review ********LY by RANDWISE DMG

Good Day ,

In 2011 my husband did an application for debt review with Randwise dmg , however cancelled the application before it could be processed and before the matter could even go to court. They then listed him at all credit bureaus as under debt review without any court order granted which to me is against the law.

It has now been 7 years later and the debt review flag has not yet been removed. Consecutive emails has been sent to Randwise DMG of which we were told by the main manager; "he does not have time to deal with the situation now and that we need to wait till he has time" .

I have really tried my best in resolving this matter since May 2018 but no good news received. We are being transferred from pillar to post and have been getting no information and when enquiring with RANDWISE DMG every agent just seems to drops the call only for me to speak to another agent and the call be dropped again.

This is really frustrating and tiring , but unfortunately it has left me no choice but to put it on Hello Peter as the service is PUTRID and i would not want anyone to go through the same struggle i am encountering today.

All we request is for the debt review flag to be removed from the credit bureaus.

Should we not receive any positive feedback we shall take the matter further with the OMBUDSMAN as this is affecting our future applications with every service provider.
