5 years ago myself and my husband decided that our debt become too much, and went to DC partner (Pty) ltd company to consolidate our debt. We were so pleased to hear how they assured us after 5 years you will be debt free and they are going to do the best they can to make us happy.

Wow.... After that we were entitled to pay them R6900 each an every month not one month went by where we did not pay... And of course awaiting this 5 years to pass down so we could move on to better.

Our start out figure was R300000 in November 2013 We went by 2 weeks back to find out how close we getting to finish it this year end November.

And by our surprise.... Not only did they lie an make us believe after 5 years we will be done, reassuring us.

Not only to find out that we were no where close to finishing this year our debt stood still...... As furious an disappointing as we were blind sided by those we trusted by word that they would assure us we will be debt free 5 years from then.

I immediately told the consultant as randwise-dmg (1428) that this is not what we were told, we abided our side of the deal, how could this be?!

I told them, I will no longer pay you guys, you have betrayed myself an my husband for 5 years, we were living in hell... An by all means to find out our debt is no where close to being DEBT FREE.

Myself and husband calculated over this time we have paid them over R ********** back already and not even the quarter of it has been paid up.

Moving on... I left there furious, an took the time to contact all my creditors, an yet by surprise They have not been making payments to the accounts for 2 years now.... No wonder we wouldn't finish in time... But on the other hand, they send out reports monthly stating that all the accounts have been paid with amounts. Now this does not add up, they make you believe your accounts are being paid monthly but they are putting us more in arrears.

I have proof of monthly statements to what they say has been paid, an proof of my creditors that gave me certificates stating on how they must beg the company to pay, they fail by co operating with them.

I am so unhappy 5 years of a set back, which I am no longer sitting back. I would like you to please look into this matter as this is a lot of money we talking about.

And what a ***** of a company promising us we will assure you 5 years you will be done. To how many people are they robbing? What will the community say about this?!
