Did not pay ANY of my accounts

Have been paying them R2 000 every month for 2 years, so that they can pay off my debt. Two years and R48 000 later, NONE of my accounts have been paid, all accounts amounts have increased with a couple thousand with rent and I have received 2 court letters. Never received any statements to see what they have done with my money, even after numerous emails and telephone calls. <br> <br> I have asked to cancel, they sent me a letters saying that I do not owe them any money, but that I have to provide them with paid up letters from my accounts, before they can remove my name from their system and debt review. What have I been paying them for??!!!
