Debt review removal

I have app**** for Debt Administration in April 2016 and was told that I can cancel it at any time. In September 2017 I asked that the process be cancelled and my name taken off debt review, but I was then told that this cannot be done as I have been busy with the process for more then 3 months and that I will have to complete this until all my debt was paid up. Up until today I am still under debt review and nobody of Randwise DMG is willing to assist me in removing the debt review from my name.
