Debt review application

Me and my spouse app**** for debt review and were told that the process will take approx. 2years for the most as per the consultant at Money 24/Alta. we recently went to Randwise to get some clarity but to our dismay we were told that it will take longer than 2years. we see this as breach of verbal contract and we are utterly disappointed and disgusted with the service we received as we were **** to, just in order for her to get a deal for her commission. people/clients should know that Money 24 is working in an unprofessional way and now they passed the buck to Randwise DMG. This is not fair...Please look into this
