Biggest regret is Randwise debt management group

This company debited money from my account for 3 months amount to R9300 but never paid my creditors one time,when you call them they don’t answer was shocked when absa called me to tell they haven’t received their payment. Especially now since I am in trouble with absa because of them . They don’t want to pay me my money back when I stop their debit order they change the reference all I want is my money back so I can pay absa directly I want my money back it’s painful cause I am about to lose every I tried so had to keep because of them. Never go with Randwise
