Bad services and bad Company for Business

Good Day i would like to know what to do about this company Randwise. I've been with them since 15 February 2019 and every month they deducting money from my bank account for lawyers fees and admin fees and for the past 4 months i don't get a phone call or email to know what's going on and i as the client have to phone every time for an follow on my own accounts. Nothing has been done regards to my accounts but money is leaving my bank account and when i request for my refund the Manager Johan Van Niekerk called me and told me in rude way that i will not get my money back, so all i want to know is what did they do regards my account cause i didn't received anything yet from the lawyers to sign any paper work that's going to court to get everything up and running. So please can someone help and tell what is my rights as a consumer in this case and i believe there are a lot of people with the same situations as mine.
