bad debt review services

I have been with randwise ( they also go under money24 SA also ) for past 5 years under debt review and never missed a payment my initial debt was R58000 and over the 5 years i paid them back R120 000. my installment was R2000 per month. and too tell me after 5 years is not done yet. you cant even get into contact with them still waiting for a reply email from one of the agent since august last year 2020. i have tried all this numbers below and reply but this is the numbers on there website.
