BAD After Service

2014 Randwise DMG promised me I'd pay 1 installment for my creditors and it sounded good only to find out they put my name under debt review. I tried to cancel and they told me I cant cancel. fine they deducted money on my account but I kept on getting calls from the creditors and decided to just pay by myself as I wasn't really struggling. I paid all the creditors but my problem is that my name is still under debt review. I have mailed them no response. I have whatsapped them no response. I need my clearance certificate and the flag under my name to be removed please
