Poor workmanship and *********** staff

Very poor service at randwest nissan very unhappy, i sent my car datsun go into randwest Nissan for service and I asked as concern, that they check my brakes on my car they said everything is fine brakes are good, then kept hearing sound they did follow up call the find out if im happy with service I said not happy I'm hearing a grinding sound they told me to bring in car so they can check so I told they to make sure it's not brakes and to check my bearings just In case they reported it's my clutch not my breaks or my bearings I put my trust in there workmanship but kept hearing the grinding few days after I had to find out exactly what it was because was getting worse I found out my brakes were finished and basically sitting metal to metal sorry but I find the workmanship very bad I cant believe how they could do that to clients that can put people's lives in risk
