Customer service is vital

<p>Rands is nt the same anymore, I feel super disappointed, 2 consecutive weekends u stand in a queue for close to 2hours n wen u gt to the front drz no more meat, the service where they sell meat is pathetic akho order , long queue kdwa only 1 person weighing meat, it takes soo flipping long for your meat to be ready or kuphiswe ngenyama yakho. Hayke cherry on top Rands on a Saturday decides to close at 22:10 last week n yesterday y r u guys sellin us lies??? Its lyk we the clients dont matter anymore as Rands is where it is cz of the clients. Its jst sad really ,customer service and mkn ur clients feel valued is everything. U guys have dropped the ball</p>
