Bad service Randpark mower and Generator

Sent in mower for service and came back not working. The company continues to ignore my messages and calls on going for 2 months. I have been using their service for + 6 years and I am firstly confused and disappointed by the lack of accountability by Randpark Mowers and Generator Services.
