NO COMEBACK, NEVER GOING BACK!

<p>I visited this salon for the first time late February because the stylist was recommended and she said she could match the same prices I had been paying. All went well enough and when paying, I booked 5 weeks in advance for my next appointment . All the owner/stylist had to do was get a price for stocking my preferred brand of tint and revert with a price - which she promised to do within the next week.</p> <p> </p> <p>TWO WEEKS later with no response, I contacted Jessica (stylist/owner) asking for the price as promised. She said she had the list in font of her and promised to sms it to me. 3 WEEKS LATER I'm still waiting on that price! Given how unrelieable Jessica had proved to be up to this point, despite a promising start, I sourced alternative options but left my appointment as booked to see what the response would be when I never arrived - if someone would catch a wake up and give me a call to resolve. </p> <p>Sadly - no phonecall, no apology and no resolution.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I needed was an amended price on the brand I needed - could she do the job or not - and that's the service I received - severely below par. If she couldn't help or didn't want to help, than she should have simply said so - to completely ignore a client is worse and I advise all and sundry to do yourselves and favour and STAY AWAY!</p> <p> </p> <p>If you can't master the basics, don't want to see what happens when things get complicated.</p> <p> </p>
