No warranty on Randow's work.

My wife's car was booked in at Randow for accident repair in July 2019. After a month we got the car back where the replaced the parts with 2nd hand parts that was fixed with bodyfiller. After racing our concerns to Chris, he said it was very difficult to get parts for that car but rest assured they give lifetime guarantee on workmanship. After few days of having the car back, we picked up a lot of post accident defects that was not fix. We brought this under Randow's attention but Chris told us it's wear and tear. After reporting this to Santam, we insisted for this to be fixed. The insurance send out a guy to access the faults and instructed Randow to fix this. After almost another month with the car at Randow, they send the car back with nothing done to it but with additional damage to the car. I will report this to the ombudsman and have the accessor compile a full report and refer me to another panel beater to fix Randow's mistakes. It is clear that Randow is hiding behind their image of large building, but don't fool yourself, they are *********** and does not belong in the industry.They don't take responsibility for poor workmanship and will always find excuses not to fix their mistakes.
