On the 08/08/2020 My wife and I joined Randmore Funeral Plan Society 1+5<65. We took two plans one for my wife and one for myself for different members of our families and some were one both plans. We were told that the waiting period is 6months. Now one member has died and they told me that my plan is not yet active but my wife's one is active because the deduction dates are different. Funny enough they already took 6 premiums from my bank account and my wife as well. I believe their waiting is 7 months not 6 months. I would advise people to stay away from Randmore Investments and anything underwritten by Brightrock. The deduction was done the same month for me and my wife until to date. If anyone from Randmore Investments is read this, they must just pay my cover as promised. Insurance companies should stop *****ing from us. They have invested my premium for all those months and got their money but do not want to pay my money now. My police number is RM114910. They can also contact me on my email address.
