I had bad experience with this company, they claim to provide a service of rewards a d discounts but it's day light *******. I called them on the 3rd to buy two bus ticket from Durban to Johannesburg for the 6th, the consultant gave me bus options and I chose the one suitable for me and I was given a quote and I immediately paid and sent proof of payment, first red flag. I had to call again. And ask for my bus confirmation but I was told the bus I chose was now fully booked so I needed to select a different bus for the price I paid. I refused and asked for a discount. I have not received my money till today. I called again today 24 October and I was told they did not receive my bank confirmation which I sent the same day I asked for a refund. The consultant "Thandeka: was very rude to me a d had zero remose for what she had done.I will post this on social media swell and make South Africans aware of the registered ****ming company that Randgo is.
