Bad Customer service

My mum has been regular client of the Randgate Library for many years.

For the past few years the customer service has been very poor.

The Liberian working there, Jenette, has been so rude and disrespectful with my mum (69 of age), and I think its time to lay a complaint against this woman.

I have been to the library (with my mum) and saw how she treats people. Sorry to say, but she is ****** and do not have time for white people.

There has been numerous complaints heard from other people regarding Jenette’s attitude toward them but no one wants to lay a complaint.

In 2017, she even went off on my nephews (ages 9 & 11) just because they asked if they can use the toilet. She even told them that they are not allowed to enter the library ever again!

My mum has been complaining to Clement (head of the Libraries in Randfontein), who is the manager over Jenette and he knows about these complaints, but it looks like nothing is being done.

There must be something done about how Jenette is addressing the clients of Randgate Library? Where is the customer service? Or does customer service means being disrespectful, rude, taking behind there backs whilst in the library, making fun of them and telling people that they are no longer welcome at the library?
