Bad client service tended

I always take my child to Randgate Clinic for her immunisations & monthly check-ups but the service tended is always 3rd grade if not lower. The nurses walk in long after patients are seated in the waiting area, it takes +/- 30 minutes to get a child's file & another 45 - 60 minutes before you assisted by a nursing sister.

People may not have the money or medical aids to go to private doctors but that doesn't mean one must suffer to get good service from an institution that is designed to give excellent service. Also, what has happened to the Batho Pele concept?
